The Floortime Foundation, The Floortime Foundation was established in July 2003 as the partner agency to the Interdisciplinary Council on Developmental and Learning Disorders (ICDL), a national, multi-disciplinary network of leading clinicians, researchers and educators who developed the DIR®/Floortime model and continue clinical work and research to further enhance the model.
